Contracts
Purchases -The animal may not end up in the Humane Society. - The animal will be regularly shown in both activities and conformation until recieving its championship whereupon it is no longer required. - If you ever decide you no longer want the animal, I get first dibs at getting it back, and will pay the maximum price of whatever I charged you. - all animals will either be sold on a non-breeding contract, or on the breeding contract listed below. The below contract is also what I use for my studs. Breeding Contract - Before any breeding of my animal occurs, you must email me w/ both the dam and stud you wish to use and thier qualities. I must approve of both parents. - I will be offered 2nd pick of litters bred by the said dog. - It is not to be bred until 6wks (real time, if a dog) or 12wks (real time, if a bitch) - Both the dam and stud must be tested clear of all diseases (unless starters of course) - Both the dam and stud must be a champion. Leasing -All guidelines listed in the above breeding/stud contract must be followed as well as the guidelines below. - If I do decide to lease a bitch to you, you must provide housing for her for the 4-6 weeks RT. She must also be promptly returned after the that time period. - The bitch must be provided all necessary medical care promptlyu, including emergency costs such as c-sections. If this is not preformed, all surviving puppies and the bitch shall return to me and I will charge you a fine of \$1000. Should both the bitch & puppies die due to lack of care you will be fined $2500. ROM Options I will sometimes offer animals on a ROM contract. This means that I will give you the animal at no charge, if you agree to show the animal until it reaches it's championship. If you agree to this, you will not be allowed to breed, sell, or petout that animal. You will keep it until championship, where at that time, I will have the option of petting it out. If after the animal recives it's championship and you want to keep it, you can recieve full rights to it, at no charge. You will however, have to agree to the regular purchasing contract (above). Most likely it will be on a non-breeding contract. If you would like to do this option, I will be happy to take one of your dogs in return on a ROM option. Note: This is espically a good deal for new members who want to prove to me or other members that they will stick around and are responsible. It's also a good way to decide if you are interested in that breed Meeting all these requirements does not guarantee that I will sell you an animal, or lease one to you. I have all final decisions.
